Landon Gray signs with Seawolves
August 19, 2025
(Saint John, NB) Landon Gray has officially signed with Seawolves soccer for the 2025 season.
From Mississauga, Ontario, Gray was a senior school soccer captain and had Grade 9 honours. "Soccer to me is a way of growing and pushing myself as a person and an athlete. This allows me to use life lessons I learned in soccer, like teamwork, patience, hard work etc., and apply them to the real world," said Gray.
"He is an explosive goalkeeper, and he will provide calm and composure to our backline. It is important to have this type of goalie, and he has a good understanding of tactical intelligence," said head coach PJ Ward.
Outside of soccer, Gray loves nature and enjoys activities like fishing, hiking, golfing, running, and other outdoor exercises. In addition, he has been involved in a soccer camp for three consecutive years during the summer as an assistant goalie coach for Milton's youth summer goalie camp. "I got involved because coaching has always been a passion of mine, so I felt like it was the right foot in the door to get me started into coaching," said Gray.
Gray is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in the fall.
Welcome to the Seawolves family, Landon!
