(Saint John, NB) The Seawolves men's volleyball hosted their home opener today, taking on the Dalhousie Rams in a competitive matchup.
Offensively, the Seawolves were led by fifth-year Adam Gauthier, who had 19 Kills and 21 points overall.
In the first set, the Seawolves came out strong, winning 25 –19. Dal responded with power in the second set, led by Orson Di Rosa and Alastair Stockdale, who each had 12 kills.
The Seawolves regained momentum in the third set, winning 25-22. However, in the fourth set, the Dal Rams came back with a tight finish, winning 27 – 25, and forced a fifth set. Ultimately, the Seawolves fell short, losing 15-12 in the final set.
